As you may know, Lakedale Resort at Three Lakes located on San Juan Island, purchased four of Rainier Industries’ Rainier Cottages in 2007. We coined them as "Canvas Cabins" and put “glamping” on the map in Washington. The extremely positive response from our guests convinced us to purchase nine additional Canvas Cabins plus a custom-built Longhouse used to provide breakfast service.

Although we have increased our inventory by 225 percent, our forecast predicts revenues to be an additional 138 percent above that in comparison to last year. The additional guests have also increased resort activity and revenues in our general store.

In addition to the resort’s financial success, we are providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
