Engineered Platform

An engineered platform is designed to withstand more demanding wind and snow loads for your specific site. This design will meet the International Building Code requirements. Rainier has worked closely with our licensed structural engineer to develop our engineered platform design. Engineered plan sets are available with the purchase of your yurt in a generic version. However, the platform design will most likely need to be modified to meet your site specific requirements. There is a nominal cost for this service.
